Know before you go
• Yacht selection will vary depending on weather condition and/or capacity requirements to make sure you have plenty of space and the smoothest of rides • Dress code: smart casual, no bikinis, no footwear to be worn on board • All passengers must bring a valid ID for Coast Guard checks • Please bring your booking confirmation either on your phone or a printout • Life jackets are available on board for those that wish to wear one • Alcohol is not permitted on board • Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and briefing will begin 10 minutes before departure • No time is allocated for swimming.
• Tour timings may change depending on the season. If there are any changes, guests will be informed in advance and given the option to reschedule.
• The tour may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to operational reasons, for the safety of guests and crew. We will do our best to notify you in advance in such cases.
• This tour depends on weather and approvals from the Coastguard and National Guard. For safety reasons, the supplier may cancel the tour at any time. In case of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, we will do our best to reschedule the tour or offer a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
