•Children under 2 years old are permitted onboard but must remain inside the saloon or cabin area and be accompanied by an adult at all times.
•Children under 9 years old are required to wear life jackets throughout the charter.
•Alcohol is strictly not permitted onboard.
•Swimming is not included in the itinerary, and no swimming stops are allocated during the tour.
•Upper deck seating is subject to availability.
•Yacht selection may vary depending on weather conditions and operational capacity requirements to ensure guest comfort and a smooth sailing experience.
•The dress code is smart casual. Bikinis and footwear are not permitted onboard.
•All passengers must carry a valid ID for Coast Guard checks.
•Guests are required to present their booking confirmation either digitally or as a printed copy.
•Life jackets are available onboard for guests who wish to use them.
•Guests are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and the safety briefing begin 10 minutes prior to departure.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure. Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
