Know before you go
1. Mobile phones will not be allowed during the zipline experience.
2. Please wear comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and no skirts, dresses, flip-flops, or any loose footwear. Hair should be tied up, and any large accessories like earrings, bracelets, and superhero capes should be left at home.
3. Height restrictions: the participant must be taller than 130cm
4. Weight restrictions: the participant must weigh between 45kg and 100kg
5. This experience is not suitable for pregnant women
6. The participant must be in good medical condition
7. Rebooking will only be permitted if:
• Weather conditions prevent the XLine from operating
8. Refunds will only be issued if:
• Other operational reasons preventing the XLine from operating
• If circumstances beyond XDubai’s control require an indefinite closure of the XLine
9.The guest's name must be the same as the name on the passport. Guests are required to bring a copy of their passport upon arrival.
10. The guest must arrive before 15 min of appointment time, in case of late arrival guest will be on standby and rescheduling depending on the next availability.
11. Xline will not accept guests who suffer from serious medical conditions.
12. Digitals edited photos and video are included in the package, and emails are collected at the location and sent within 48 hours to the provided email.
13. Ages 12-65 (parental consent required in person for those under 18 years of age). For people from 12 to 16 years, riders must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
*The XLine meeting and check-in point is at the Dubai Marina Mall, XLine booth on level P. There is no shuttle bus to the Marina Mall organized by XDUBAI but you can take the metro (Marina Mall Metro Station) or taxi. There is also plenty of parking available for you at the mall.
