• Tour timings may change depending on the season. If there are any changes, guests will be informed in advance and given the option to reschedule.
• The tour may need to be rescheduled or cancelled due to operational reasons, for the safety of guests and crew. We will do our best to notify you in advance in such cases.
• This tour depends on weather and approvals from the Coastguard and National Guard. For safety reasons, the supplier may cancel the tour at any time. In case of cancellation due to weather or official restrictions, we will do our best to reschedule the tour or offer a full refund. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the booked tour. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
