Know before you go
Yacht selection may vary depending on weather conditions and capacity requirements to make sure guests have plenty of space and a smooth ride. Dress code is smart casual; no bikinis or footwear are allowed to be worn on board. No ID required. Guests must bring their booking confirmation either on their phone or a printout. Life jackets are available on board for those that wish to wear one. Alcohol is not permitted on board. Guests should arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and briefing will begin 10 minutes before departure. No time is allocated for swimming. Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the tour operator at any time. In the event of cancellation by the tour operator due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start of the booked tour. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
