No ID required. Please bring your booking confirmation either on your phone or a printout.
Life jackets are available on board for those who wish to wear one.

Arrive 30 minutes before departure. Boarding and briefing will begin 10 minutes before departure.
No time is allocated for swimming.

In the event of cancellation by the tour operator due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the tour/ticket.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the booked tour. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
