To find out more about all the included attractions and to make your bookings, please follow these steps: 1.Download the Smartvisit app (https://app.smartvisit.com/download); 2. Complete registration; 3. Use the ticket number printer under the QR code to add the pass to the app; 4. Select and book your preferred attractions.
This Pass is provided by smartvisit as a 3rd party provider, and any questions on the redemption/inclusions should be directed to smartvisit team through the app.
Please note that some bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once made, so please select carefully. The pass includes only single visits; no repeat visits allowed. A period of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour excluded). Once booked, passes can't be refunded or exchanged.
The pass is valid for 7 days from redeeming the first experience.
Please note that children aged 5 and above can participate in the Arabian Adventures Fort Lisaili Desert Experience in a shared 4-wheel drive.
Important: Redemption of the activities must be completed by May 31, 2026. After that date, no attractions will be able to be booked. Please note that the last day of visitation is also the 31st of May 2026.
*Calendar for redemption depends on the availability of each attraction.
