To find out more about all the included attractions and to make your bookings, please follow these steps: 1.Download the Smartvisit app (https://app.smartvisit.com/download); 2. Complete registration; 3. Use the ticket number printer under the QR code to add the pass to the app; 4. Select and book your preferred attractions.
This Pass is provided by smartvisit as a 3rd party provider and any questions on the redemption/inclusions should be directed to smartvisit team through the app.
Please note that some bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once made so please select carefully. The pass includes only single visits, no repeat visits allowed. A period of one hour must pass between redeeming benefits (Hop-On Hop-Off Bus tour excluded). Unused passes can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior to the first booked experience. Passes with advance bookings for selected attractions might be only partially refunded.
Important: Redemption of the activities must be completed by the 31st of August 2024, after that date no attractions will be able to be booked. Please note that the last day of visitation is also the 31st of August 2024.
