Know before you go
• Reconfirm your pick-up location and time at least 24 hours before your excursion by calling +971 800 272 2426 or sending a WhatsApp to +971 4274 8803. • Customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time • Be in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time. • Inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour.
Child/Infant Policy: Children/infants under 5 years old are free of charge (FOC).
Please share the child/infant’s age and seat requirements with our team at the time of booking.
Additionally:
• Charge applies for children aged 5 and above on the Quad and Buggy Lisaili Combo. Under 5 years are still free of charge (FOC)
• Quad Disclaimer: The minimum age to drive a quad bike is 12 years, and all participants must sign a waiver form.
• Buggy Disclaimer: The minimum age for the buggy passenger experience is 12 years, and all participants must sign a waiver form.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made by 9:00 am on the day of the experience will not be charged. Cancellations made after 9:00 am on the day of the experience will be charged at 100%, including any private 4x4 upgrade.
Same-day cancellations and changes must be made by calling Arabian Adventures directly. Date changes are subject to availability.
Guests should be at the confirmed pick-up point 30 minutes before departure. The vehicle will wait for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time, after which the booking will be treated as a no-show and charged at 100%.
