If not reached, contact our team by phone +971 4 4409827. • Vegetarian, child, and kosher meals are available upon request at booking. • Pregnant guests who are in their third trimester must inform a representative and reserve a private vehicle. • Children under 5 years are not allowed on shared vehicles. • Children under 12 months will be transferred immediately to the heritage camp. • Travel insurance is recommended to cover unforeseen circumstance. • Children's seat are available.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
