Know before you go
The passenger must be between 145 cm and 190 cm tall. The passenger should not weigh over 95 kgs. Arrive 20-30 minutes before the start of your experience or tour. The passenger should be 13+ years of age. Participants aged 13 to 21 years old, a parent or guardian must authorize and sign the digital waiver. Wear clothes covering your arms and legs. Training shoes are mandatory; no sandals or high heels. Any abusive behaviour or safety violations will lead to penalization or be reported to authorities as necessary.
