Overview
Brace yourself for an exhilarating experience as you roam through the desert wilderness in a 4-WD Jeep, driven by none other than yourself. Embark on this epic adventure with an approximately 60-minute journey from the city to reach the serene sands where an experienced off-road professional instructor will be standing by your assigned vehicle to put you through the paces.
After a safety briefing, you’re off in a convoy on a roller-coaster ride as your 4-WD Jeep sails over the soft sand dunes, deep into the pristine desert terrain. Each guest will have 30-minutes of driving time to make their mark on the dunes.
Since your safety is our paramount concern, we will ensure that your adventure is secure yet memorable and fun-filled.
The tour also includes a convenient return transfer back to your hotel.

Know before you go
• This experience involves off-road driving across sand dunes and off-road tracks. As the drive can be rough in certain areas, we are unable to accept pregnant women, persons with heart ailments and back or neck problems to take part in this experience.
• Participants must be over the age of 21 with a minimum of two years driving experience.
• A minimum of two people are required for a booking.
• Transfers will be in a private four-wheel drive Land Cruiser. The operator will contact you within 24h to 48h of the tour date to confirm pick up location and time.
• This tour is not wheelchair accessible.
• Dress code: light summer clothes are recommended. Sweaters or jackets may be needed for the winter months, especially in the evenings. Good quality sunglasses and hats are advised.
• The morning tour departs approximately between 6:00am and 6:30am.
• The afternoon tour departs approximately between 3:00pm and 3:30pm.
• Please confirm your exact pick-up time with the supplier after the booking is confirmed in order to avoid inconveniences.
• The duration of the actual tour is about 4-4.5 hours but the transfers to and from Dubai hotels may take an additional 60-90 minutes depending on traffic conditions and time of day.
• All guests must send the supplier a copy of their passport and international drivers license as well as a signed disclaimer form.
• All participants will be asked to sign an Indemnity Waiver Form before undertaking the experience.
• In-case of any accidents, Orient Tours LLC will not be liable for the clients.
• No insurance is provided or available for any incident including accidents, damage, loss, injury, etc. caused by or to the hirer during the self-drive. The hirer shall be solely liable and responsible for all consequences as a result of any such incident.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours before booked date. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
