Boarding starts 30 minutes before departure from Pier 7, behind Dubai Marina Mall.
You must carry a pictured ID/passport copy either original or on the phone and a copy of the ticket in order to be admitted on board.
Guests with mobility impairments or using a wheelchair can access the main deck with crew assistance, though restrooms are not available on that level. Occasionally, depending on availability,
