•Operational Timings:
-Boarding time: 6:15 pm
-Cruising time: 7:00 pm to 8:45 pm
-La Perle Show: 9:00 pm to 10:30 pm
•The canal cruise departs from Dubai Festival City.
•Each guest must present their unique QR code at the venue to exchange for show tickets. •Tickets and vouchers are valid only for the selected date, time, and performance. •Children under 2 years old are not permitted inside the theatre. •Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. •A valid government-issued ID may be required for ticket verification. •Arrive early to allow time for ticket collection, security checks, and seating. •Guests arriving after the performance has started may only be admitted during a suitable break and could be assigned alternative seats. •Flash photography, laser pointers, and recording devices are strictly prohibited during the performance. •Only food and beverages purchased inside the theatre are permitted inside the venue.
