After landing, your adventure continues as you journey deeper into the desert, where a variety of exciting activities awaits. Hop into a 4-wheel drive vehicle with our expert safari guide and head into the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve for an exhilarating dune drive. Along the way, keep your eyes peeled for native desert wildlife in their natural habitat.
Next, enjoy a traditional camel ride, offering a unique perspective of the desert, and challenge yourself to sandboarding down the dunes—an exciting desert sport that’s like snowboarding but on sand (weather permitting). Know before you go
All bookings MUST include first and last name, nationality and passport number of each guest at the time of booking. Booking requires a minimum number of 2 guests to operate. This product operates from March to May, with hot air balloon take-off times changing around sunrise. The exact take-off location is determined by the Pilots the night before, based on optimal weather conditions. Each flight lasts between 60 to 75 minutes.
Hot Air Balloon Flight with limited basket capacity of 16 guests only. A full refund or alternate booking date will be offered if a tour cannot commence due to inclement weather. No child under the age of 5 years can be accepted for a hot air balloon flight. Pick-up times may vary throughout the year. For planning purposes, please be ready for pick-up between 04:00 AM and 05:30 AM. The Arabian Adventures Team will arrange your pick-up. To confirm your pick-up location and time, please call us at +971 800 272 2426 or message us on WhatsApp at +971 42748803 at least 24 hours prior to your booked excursion. Our customer support is available from 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM UAE time. Make sure to be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time and inform the concierge that you are awaiting an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari. Our team on the ground cannot contact you if you are not present at the designated pick-up point at the arranged time and date. Please present a valid voucher when meeting your guide. Hot Air Balloon requires a reasonable level of fitness.. Be aware that the tour is weather-dependent and may be cancelled by the Supplier at any time. If the Supplier cancels due to weather conditions, we will try to reschedule your visit or offer a full refund for the tour or ticket. IMPORTANT: All cancellations must be made by 10:00 AM for the following day's flight.
Hot Air Balloon guests should be able to safely jump in and out of the balloon basket. Pregnant guests: Hot Air Ballooning is not recommended for pregnant guests and will only be permitted to fly within the first trimester, pregnant guests in their second and third trimester will not be permitted to fly in a Hot-Air Balloon. This tour is not recommended for guests that had major surgery in the last 6mths or individuals with chronic back or neck pain.
Cancellation policy
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before visit date. No show and late cancelations are non-refundable.
