Opt for our Home Check-in Service for hassle-free travel. Our DNATA check-in agent will come to your address to check you in and your luggage, and print your boarding passes and baggage tags. For a smooth process, we recommend providing us with your flight details, number of passengers and luggage, a valid contact number, and pickup address at the time of booking. Once we receive the details, we will forward them to Dubz we will forward them to Dubz who will facilitate the check-in process for you.

To enjoy a hassle-free travel experience, you can opt for our Home Check-in Service. Our DNATA check-in agent will come to your address to check you in and your luggage, and print your boarding passes and baggage tags.
To make the process smoother, we recommend providing us with the following details at the time of booking:
Firstly, your flight details including the flight number, date, and time of departure.
Secondly, the number of passengers and luggage that will be accompanying you. This will help us allocate the appropriate space and resources for your needs.
Additionally, we require a valid contact number to reach you and confirm your booking.
Lastly, we need the pickup address to ensure a timely and efficient pickup process. Once we receive all the necessary details, we will forward them to Dubz who will facilitate the check-in process for you.

Know before you go
Please call Dubz on +971 4 352 9189, to confirm availability for your preferred date and time. If a booking is made without prior checks, please note that the booking is not final and is subject to availability. The supplier will confirm availability within 24-48 hours, and you’ll be notified of the status once verified.
Note: the service charge covers up to 4 bags, for any additional bags, there will be an additional charge AED42/bag and shall be collected on the spot while serving the passenger. The maximum is 15 bags per service if the passenger has more than 15 bags, please book two services.
The contracted airlines are Emirates, Flydubai, Saudia, Kuwait Airways and Gulf Air. Service is subject to final confirmation.

Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
