Hop on and hop off at your own pace. • Departures: Red route daily: From 10:00 - 16:00. • First departure departs at 10:00 from The Dubai Mall bus parking. • All year round availability, activity is moderate, dress code is casual. • Transport coach is a double-decker bus. • Tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Cancellation policy
Tickets are refundable until 24 hours prior to the service date. Any unused tickets after this time will continue to remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Once redeemed, tickets are not refundable.
