Know before you go
The operating hours for the Red and Blue route City Sightseeing bus are from 9:00am to 5:00pm
Night tour departs at 6:00pm from the Dubai Mall, once a day. Advice to customers: if you wish to complete the Night Tour on the same day, you should start from The Dubai Mall bus stop at 18:00.
All year round availability, activity is moderate, dress code is casual.
Transport coach is a double decker bus.
The tour begins at The Dubai Mall, but you can redeem your voucher and start the tour at any bus stop.
Please note that City Sightseeing tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• IMPORTANT 'Redemption Instruction': To redeem your voucher for a ticket to other attractions like Dubai Frame or Dhow Cruise, kindly approach a City Sightseeing kiosk or driver of the bus. You will be issued a separate ticket for these attractions.
