•Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure; late arrivals cannot be compensated
•Bring a valid passport or Emirates ID copy as required by Dubai Coast Guard regulations
•Note all yacht trips are subject to Dubai Coast Guard approval and weather conditions
•Understand bookings may be rescheduled or refunded in case of weather-related cancellations

•Be aware peak hours (15:00 & 19:00) require a minimum booking of 3 hours
•Provide your mobile number and hotel details during booking confirmation
•Follow safety instructions from the captain and crew at all times
•Avoid photographing restricted subjects such as government buildings or individuals without permission
•Charge your devices in advance to capture your experience
•Dress comfortably; swimwear or casual clothing is recommended, with a jacket advised in cooler months
•Board from the designated location at Berth B11, Deira Island Marina (as confirmed at booking)
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least three days in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
