•Promotion: Book a minimum of 3 hours and receive 1 additional hour free on the same yacht booking (valid until 30 December 2026; applied automatically on eligible bookings)
•Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure; late arrivals cannot be compensated
•Bring a valid passport or Emirates ID copy as required by Dubai Coast Guard regulations
•Note all yacht trips are subject to Dubai Coast Guard approval and weather conditions
•Understand bookings may be rescheduled or refunded in case of weather-related cancellations
•Be aware peak hours (15:00 & 19:00) require a minimum booking of 3 hours

For a full refund, cancel at least three days in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
