Know before you go
You may present the voucher on your phone or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible. Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the contact name used for the booking. Guests without valid identification may be denied admission and will not be eligible for a refund. The voucher is valid only on the selected event date. Check the attraction's website for the latest information. • OTHER - Sea Lion Meet & Greet participants must arrive at Atlas Village at least 15 minutes before their scheduled experience time. Participants arriving 5 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. Please know that your scheduled time is for the mandatory check-in and not for the experience itself. Guests are advised to allow adequate time to collect their tickets from the Admission Plaza and arrive at Atlas Village before the start of their experience. This experience is for all ages. All children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a participating and paying adult of 18 years old and above. Children 2 years old and below have complimentary access. A maximum of 2 children under 12 years old per paying adult is permitted.
