Know before you go
•Guests must present their voucher at the Customer Service Desk to exchange it for an entry ticket.
•Vouchers may be shown either digitally on a mobile device or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible.
•Please proceed to the Customer Service Desk upon arrival to complete the ticket exchange process.
•This experience is suitable for guests of all ages.
•Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 or above.
•A maximum of 3 children under 12 is permitted per adult.
•Children aged 2 years and under can enter free of charge.
• Some attractions may have additional height restrictions.
•Guests who are pregnant or have severe medical conditions are advised to carefully consider before booking.
•Voucher redemption is only valid for the selected event date. Date changes or amendments are not permitted.
•Guests who are 120 cm (3 feet 11 inches) or taller must select an Adult Ticket. Guests under 120 cm must select a Child Ticket.
•Visitors are not permitted to bring outside food, beverages, or glassware into Aquaventure Waterpark. Bags may be inspected upon entry.
•Appropriate swimwear is required while using Aquaventure facilities. Transparent swimwear, underwear, denim, beach thongs, or loose-fitting clothing such as abayas and dishdashas are not permitted in the water. Headscarves are allowed only if securely fastened.
•Regular nappies/diapers are not permitted in pools or attractions. Swim diapers are available for purchase in the gift shops.
•Locker and towel rentals are available within the waterpark.
