Know before you go
•This combo ticket includes admission to At the Top, Burj Khalifa (Levels 124 & 125) and Sky Views Observatory, which are located at two separate venues in Downtown Dubai.
•Both attractions must be visited on the same day. At the Top must be visited at the booked timeslot, while Sky Views Observatory can be visited anytime during operating hours on the same day.
•Guests must collect their tickets from the At the Top Main Counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting the attractions.
•Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled At the Top timeslot to allow time for ticket collection and entry procedures.
•Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above.
•Children under 3 years enter free of charge.
•No outside food or beverages are permitted.
•The following items are not permitted inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa and must be stored at the designated luggage counter: Large bags and suitcases, baby strollers, laptops and tablets, Electronic cigarettes, food and beverages, sharp or hazardous items, skate shoes and footwear with wheels.
•The average visit duration for At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
•Guests visiting Sky Views Observatory are advised to wear comfortable, modest clothing. Loose footwear and flip-flops are not recommended.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
