Know before you go
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time.
• Both attractions must be visited on the same day: At The Top at the scheduled time, and KidZania during its operating hours on that same day.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At The Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions. Once collected, please proceed to the attraction and present your printed ticket along with your booking confirmation. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost.
• Please arrive at the location at least 30 minutes before the booked time. Occasional delays can be encountered during the peak season.
• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience.
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (16+) and a consent form of the parent/s is required.
• No outside food or drink allowed.
• Large bags and/or strollers must be kept at the dedicated luggage counter.
• Sharp items and electronics must be left at the dedicated counter.
• Potential average visit time may extend accordingly during peak seasons/ hours.
• Please check the booking slots for the most current Peak and Non-Peak hours, as timings may vary by season.
• The average time it takes to enjoy At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• During severe weather conditions, we may need to temporarily close the attraction to ensure your safety. Please understand that we will not be able to offer refunds in case of inclement weather.
• The following items are prohibited to carry inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa:
e-cigarettes, laptops, food items, sharp items, Skate shoes or any footwear with wheels, Laptops, Tablets, Electronic cigarettes etc. and baby strollers are not allowed inside the attraction and are to be kept in the luggage room.
KidZania is aimed at 2-16 year olds.
Children below 120cm must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be left unaccompanied during the entire visit.
Adults are restricted in certain areas where activities take place, but there is a parent's lounge where adults can relax while their child is doing the activities.

Access will be restricted to all outdoor terraces on the 31st of December. Available booking slots are from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM. Sky Views Observatory will be open from 10:00 AM to 01:30 PM. The attractions expect road closures from the Authorities and limited entry to the Dubai Mall from 02:00 PM onwards.
