Know before you go
• Booked tickets are valid only for the specific date and time selected at the time of booking.
• Customers must first collect their tickets from the At the Top main counter (LG Level, Dubai Mall) before visiting any Dubai Mall Emaar attractions.
• Important: Individual QR codes are issued for each guest. Each guest must present their own unique QR code at the counter to collect their admission ticket(s).
• All admission tickets must be collected and exchanged at the At the Top main counter prior to visiting the attractions. Exchanged tickets must be presented upon entry and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.
• This is a combo ticket. Both attractions must be visited on the same day. At the Top, Burj Khalifa must be visited at the booked timeslot, while Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo may be visited during the attraction's operating hours on the same day.
• Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo operating hours: Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM / Saturday & Sunday: 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled At the Top entry time to allow sufficient time for ticket collection and entry procedures. Occasional delays may be encountered during peak periods.
• Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth experience. Missed entry times may result in delayed access, subject to venue capacity and operational availability.
• Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above. Any required parental consent remains the responsibility of the accompanying adult.
• Children under the age of 3 years enter free of charge.
• No outside food or beverages are permitted inside the attractions.
• The following items are prohibited inside At the Top, Burj Khalifa and must be deposited at the designated luggage/storage counter:
- Large bags and suitcases
- Baby strollers
- Laptops and tablets
- Electronic cigarettes (e-cigarettes)

• The average visit duration for At the Top, Burj Khalifa is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.
• Operating hours, attraction schedules, entry procedures, and guest access are subject to change due to operational requirements, maintenance, special events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond the supplier's control. In the event of any changes, every reasonable effort will be made to notify guests in advance.
• During severe weather conditions, attractions may be temporarily closed for the safety of guests. No refunds or compensation will be provided for closures or disruptions resulting from adverse weather conditions.
• Note to B2B agents: Availability is provided up to 6 months in advance, subject to availability. Inventory is updated monthly.
• Important 31 December Notice: Access to all outdoor terraces will be unavailable on 31 December. At the Top, Burj Khalifa will operate with limited booking slots from 05:00 AM to 01:30 PM, while Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo will be open from 10:00 AM to 02:00 PM. Due to anticipated New Year's Eve crowd management measures, road closures may be enforced by local authorities and access to Dubai Mall may be limited from 02:00 PM onwards. Guests are strongly encouraged to arrive early and make the necessary travel arrangements in advance.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the timeslot. Vouchers converted into attraction tickets can't be cancelled and are non-refundable
