Know before you go
Please note that the pick-up time for your tour will depend on your location, please reconfirm your pick-up location and time, by calling call us on + 971 800 272 2426 or sending us a WhatsApp +971 42748803 at least 24 hours before your booked excursion. Our customer support operational hours are 0700hrs to 2100hrs UAE time.
Please ensure you are in the lobby at least 15 minutes before your pick-up time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures Tour or Safari.
Our team on the ground will not be able to contact you if you are unavailable at the pick-up point at the designated date and time.
Valid voucher copy to be presented upon meeting your guide.
Child seats should be be requested at the time of booking for children between the ages of 2 and 11 years. For children up to 4 years of age, a private car should be booked. Children aged 5 years and above can be booked in a shared vehicle and a child seat can be requested and booked in advance. Note: Water will be loaded onto transport during Ramadan.
Consumption by guests is managed by the tour guide at an appropriate place where it will cause least offence. It is not permitted for our guests to leave the transport with water bottles in their hands whilst on the tour during Ramadan.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the date of the experience.
