Know before you go
You may present the voucher on your phone or as a printed copy, provided the QR code and voucher code are clearly visible. Please bring a valid passport or government-issued photo ID matching the contact name used for the booking. Guests without valid identification may be denied admission and will not be eligible for a refund. The voucher is valid only on the selected event date. Date changes or rescheduling are not permitted after booking. • OPERATIONAL TIMINGS - Waterpark: Waterpark: Mon - Thurs: 10am - 6pm | Fri - Sun: 10am - 8pm • Lost World Aquarium: Open daily, 11:00 am–8:00 pm • Atlas Village: Open daily, 10am - 6pm • Please note that operating hours may change without prior notice. Check the attraction's website for the latest information. • OTHER - Shark Snorkel takes place in the Shark Lagoon at the waterpark. Guests are advised to allow adequate time to collect their tickets from the Admission Plaza and arrive at the Ambassador Lagoon at least 30 minutes before their scheduled experience time. Participants arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show. • The minimum age requirement for participation in the Shark Snorkel experience is 6 years old. Participants under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult. The accompanying adult is not required to participate in the experience with the minor under 13 years old, however, they must be present to sign the required waiver forms. If the accompanying adult is a non-resort guest and is not participating in the experience, they must purchase a regular waterpark admission ticket.
