Know before you go
Guests should arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled boarding time to avoid missing the trip. Late arrivals will be considered as no-show.
Boarding starts at 6:45pm and the departure will be at 7:30pm. The cruise will end around 9:30pm.
Please note that the tour is dependent on weather conditions and therefore may be cancelled by the tour operator at any time. In the event of cancellation by the tour operator due to weather conditions, please be advised that we will do our best to reschedule the visit or provide a full refund for the ticket.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 48 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
