Know before you go
*Please arrive 30 minutes before your designated time slot to ensure a smooth experience. *Under certain weather conditions, such as sandstorms, rain, heavy wind, or if there is a technical malfunction, Ain Dubai will not be operated. In the event that the Ain Dubai Attraction is out of service for a full day, then you will be eligible to receive a full refund. In the event that the Ain Dubai Attraction is out of service for part of a day, you will be allowed to reschedule your ride.
Cancellation policy
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
