Cancellation policy
Free cancellation before 6:00 PM on the day prior to the experience.
100% cancellation fee for cancellations after 6:00 PM on the previous day.
No refunds for no-shows.
Please be at the confirmed pick-up point 30 minutes before departure. The vehicle will wait for up to 10 minutes after the scheduled departure time, after which the booking will be treated as a no-show.
