Know before you go
• Children below 18 years need to be accompanied by an adult.
• The price includes 1 overnight for 2 guests ( 10-99 years old).
• An additional child below 10 years can be accommodated with an extra bed for an extra charge of AED 210.
• Please notify the supplier in advance to ensure proper arrangements by emailing [email protected] and [email protected]. The extra charge needs to paid directly at the venue.
• Please ensure to be on time at the pickup location.
• Bringing your own alcoholic drinks to the venue is not permitted.
• Guests will be able to check in at 04:00 PM and check out the following day at 11:00 AM
Cancellation policy
For a full refund or reschedule, booking needs to be cancelled at least 72 hours in advance of the start time of the experience. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.
